Collingwood General & Marine Hospital performs close to 5,000 surgeries every year. Life can change very quickly whether planned or unplanned you are relying on their anesthesia services and anesthesia machines. You put incredible trust in the hands of your caregivers and trust in the skill and attention to detail of your anesthetist and the indispensable equipment they rely on everyday. Chief of Anesthesia at CGMH Dr. David Ohrling shared“Our anesthesia machines are currently in their 13th year of continuous service and starting to show signs of wear. Anesthesia machines cost approximately $100,000 each and our hospital needs three of them. The 2017 CGMHF Tree Of Life Campaign is underway and your donations help  improve your care.
