Eugenia is a popular tourist destination southwest of Collingwood, just a short drive from Toronto. This tiny village sits at the top of the Beaver Valley, with gorgeous scenery, quaint local shops and restaurants, and lots of outdoor activities.
Don’t miss the spectacular Eugenia Falls, part of the Grey County Waterfall Tour, located in the Eugenia Falls Conservation Area, where a large network of trails lead to amazing views from the Niagara Escarpment.
And no trip to Eugenia is complete without a visit to Lake Eugenia, the largest inland lake in the area, known as the Hidden Gem of Grey County. Man-made in the early 1900s as a hydro reservoir on the Beaver River, today it’s a summer wonderland for fishing, swimming, boating and cottaging.
