I GUESS it’s nice that collectors have all the money in the world to buy famous paintings by famous painters, formerly owned by famous people….
I GUESS it’s nice that auction houses are making tons of money…
I GUESS it’s nice to see all of this being made such a big deal of in the media…
Then why do I find it so degrading to everything I’ve ever thought about Art?
