If you’re feeling sleep-deprived, you’re not alone. According to a recent poll, only 1 in 10 people sleep soundly on a regular basis, and our sleep is most often disturbed by stress, uncomfortable room temperature, and insomnia. Too little sleep can affect mental alertness and increase the risk of obesity and diseases like diabetes. So here are tips for a good night’s sleep: Set a regular sleep schedule and stick to it, Don’t eat at least 2- 3 hours before bedtime, exercise regularly, watch what you drink, and establish a relaxing bedtime routine like taking  a warm bath or reading a good book.
