Classical Grammy Nominations – 2012

The 2012 Grammy nominations were announced earlier this week. It will come as no surprise that the number of classical awards have decreased due to the Grammy’s slimming down their list of categories. One of the awards that is missing? Best Classical Album.

NPR’s Anastasia Tisoulcas has written a great editorial on these cutbacks that can be found on NPR.org.
