Those interested in learning more about the life and times of Vincent van Gogh now have a new reference book by a Toronto art historian to turn to.
“Vincent Van Gogh, the Lost Arles Sketchbook”, is the work of 77-year old Bulgarian-born, Toronto-based Dr. Bogomila Welsh-Ovcharov.
The professor emeritus of art history at the University of Toronto will unveil the contents of the book at a much anticipated media conference at the Academy of Architecture in Paris this afternoon .
It contains 65 never never before seen and unsigned Van Gogh creations, done during his creative years in Provenance .
The book is being published simultaneously today in Canada, the U-S, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Britain and Japan.
