This week on ‘A Little Night Music’ Kathleen Kajioka takes a closer look at Carl Maria von Weber.
Coming of age at the dawn of the 19th century, Weber would grow up to become a leader in Europe’s budding Romantic movement. He was a pianist, guitarist, conductor and critic. As a composer, he wrote ground-breaking operas and brilliant piano music – and clarinetists love him for the 2 concertos he left behind.
Tune in to “A Little Night Music” every night this week, just after 8 o’clock.
