Author Rawi Hage dropped by to speak with Mike and Jean about his latest work, “Beirut Hellfire Society”.  This story takes readers back to 1970’s Beirut during the Civil War and asks what can be accomplished or preserved in the face of certain change and death. Part comedy and tragedy, “Beirut Hellfire Society” is an urgent meditation on the wartime experience.

Hage is a two-time Scotiabank Giller Prize nominee and Dublic IMPAC Prize winner.
