This week, Cocktail Maestro Norm Owen delves into the wonderful world of chocolate, and gives us tips on what liqueurs mix well with that after-skating treat (although no skating is actually required!).
Liqueurs to enhance your mug of hot chocolate:
Crème de menthe (try 1 oz)
Frangelico, for a nice hazelnut taste (1 oz)
Norm’s latest discovery, a Portuguese cherry liqueur called Ginga de Obidos. Pour 1.5 oz of that in and you won’t be sorry!
