The Canadian Arabic Orchestra is proud to present their third annual Festival of Arabic Music and Arts beginning October 25th and running through November 10th in venues in the Greater Toronto Area, Montreal, and for the first time, Halifax.

The festival opens with a performance from the diva Carole Samaha at the Living Arts Centre, and the festival will also present concerts by Naseer Shamma, Hamza Namira, Marwa Nagi, and a collection of events featuring the Canadian Arabic Orchestra and Choir, including the grand finale at the John Basset Theatre at the Metro Toronto Convention centre…

It is a celebration of not only Arabic music and culture, but also how that sounds within the Canadian context.
