Ensemble Masques is presenting The Boy from Bolonya: Arcangelo Corelli Explored, next Friday, December 13th, 7:30 pm at St. Thomas’ Anglian Church, that’s 383 Huron Street, Toronto.

The event follows last year’s sold-out Toronto appearance. In 2018, Masques explored the life and music of French Baroque great, François Couperin, they now turn to the man who inspired him — and most every other major composer of the baroque — Arcangelo Corelli.

Corelli was a model for Handel, Bach, Couperin and countless others, and next week, Ensemble Masques offers up his Trio Sonatas.

Kathleen Kajioka, host of A Little Night Music, the voice of the TSO, and Baroque violinist with Ensemble Masques joined Mark Wigmore on The Oasis.
