Opera by Request presents Wagner’s epic Ring Cycle

Opera by Request is an opera company where the singers and not the director, choose the opera. Opera by Request and Berlin Wagner Gruppe present Wagner’s Ring Cycle – an epic feat – performed in concert with English surtitles and piano accompaniment.

Bass-baritone Andrew Tees (who plays Wotan) and Director/Conductor pianist William Shookhoff dropped by to tell us about how Opera by Request was formed, and the trials and tribulations of putting on a Wagner opera.
