One World: Together at Home happens tonight at 8 pm EST

Tonight is a major online event: One World: Together at Home, a global livestreamed and TV broadcast featuring musicians, actors, TV hosts, and sport personalities.

This event originated with the World Health Organization (WHO) and advocacy group Global Citizen. This concert is in support of COVID19 patients and healthcare workers. Included are features of healthcare workers around the world.

Most of the musicians are pop and rock – Lady Gaga was a co-curator – but two classical musicians made the cut: Andrea Bocelli and Lang Lang.
