Grassroots Heroes – Hospice Georgian Triangle

Hospice Georgian Triangle provides care and comfort to those with life-threatening illness or in their final stages of living, and support to families dealing with the loss of a loved one.

The Campbell House Palliative Care Residence has 10 patient beds and has implemented new protocols to ensure the safety of patients, employees, health care workers and volunteers.

They need your help. Their annual fundraising event, Hike or Bike for Hospice, has gone virtual. Register now, and until May 31^st, you can climb your stairs, take a walk or ride your bike to raise money for Hospice.
