Grassroots Heroes – Hospice Muskoka

For over 25 years, Hospice Muskoka has been providing compassionate support to individuals and their loved ones who are coping with end-of-life issues and bereavement.

The need for hospice care is growing. A new palliative care home called Andy’s House is due to open this fall in Port Carling. Providing end-of-life care and family support in a warm, home-like setting instead of a hospital.
