The Muskoka Concert Association was formed in 1947. Today it is a community-based association, directed by a volunteer board.
The MCA is one of the longest-running concert associations in Ontario, hosting some of Canada’s finest musical artists at the beautiful and historic Gravenhurst Opera House.
Past performers include soprano Lois Marshall, contralto Maureen Forrester, guitarist Liona Boyd, pianist Anton Kuerti, and the Tafelmusik Baroque Orchestra.
During lockdown, the Muskoka Concert Association is partnering with The Oakville Centre and Ontario Presents to offer a number of online concerts at minimal cost.
