Commemorating the 100th Anniversary of Manitoba women winning “The Right To Vote”; The Glanmore National Historic Site in Belleville is presenting “Nice Women Don’t Want The Vote”. The Exhibit was developed by The Manitoba Museum and is on display now until May 7th. It outlines the historical background of The Suffragist movement in Manitoba.  Ontario was not far behind as in April 1917 Ontario women also won “The Right To Vote”.
