David Fanstone sat at The Elgin Theatre watching Cats and thought “How about a musical about Dogs”. Over 20 years later David has written his musical “Dog Park Jamboree” and is co directing with Jason Franco. It will be presented by The New Sunshine Festival Theatre Company June 20th – July 29th at OCC Theatre in Orillia. The Music was written by Birds Of Bellwoods. The setting is in an off leash dog park on the night of summer solstice. This is when the star Sirius (Patron Saint Of Canines) shines most brightly. The dogs gather for a celebration. There are so many fun canine characters and A Best In Show song competition. This is definitely a fun, heartwarming tribute to our furry best friends.
