Since 1967, The Town of Collingwood has been home to Canada’s longest owned and operated distillery, Collingwood Whiskey. They are the inspiration behind “Whiskeylicious”. An annual culinary experience where you can indulge your senses. February 1st through 10th, more than 20 restaurants and specialty food shops throughout the region are preparing one-of-a-kind taste sensations from ribs, beef and salads to butter tarts and brulees. Talented chef’s, bartenders and foodies have been “inspired” to create sweet and savory menu items using Collingwood Whiskey.
