[Audio] Pianist, Composer Matt Herskowitz’s Latest Album “Mirror Image” Reconciles the Worlds of Jazz and Classical

Pianist, composer and arranger Matt Herskowitz is known for uniquely combining the technique of a classical virtuoso with his prowess in jazz, world music and free improvisation. Through that he has carved out a unique and personal voice in music. Over the course of the last decade, Matt has produced a series of critically-acclaimed recordings, performed around the world, and collaborated with top classical, jazz and pop artists.

For Matt’s second solo album, Mirror Image, put out by Justin Time Records, he wanted to explore the reconciliation of his jazz and classical sides. The result is simply gorgeous and he will perform at Toronto’s Jazz Bistro on Tuesday, June 4th, 2019. Click here for more info.
