Amadeus Choir’s Upcoming Performances

Celtic Kitchen Party

The Amadeus Choir invites you to join us for the first live Celtic event in three years. The Celtic Kitchen Party will feature a full concert by the Amadeus Choir, a performance by Dan MacDonald and his Celtic band North Atlantic Drift, a silent auction, delicious food, a cash bar, and a variety of fundraising games and activities.

Saturday, February 25 at 2:00pm or 7:30pm

Jubilee United Church, 40 Underhill Drive, North York

The Amadeus Choir, in collaboration with the Guelph Chamber Choir, will premiere a new work by Métis composer Ian Cusson alongside works by Larysa Kuzmenko, Uģis Prauliņš, and Rachmaninov’s transcendent All-Night Vigil, in a concert that will highlight centuries of beauty in the a cappella choral tradition and offer a vigil for peace.

April 2 at 4:00pm

St. Anne’s Anglican Church, 270 Gladstone Ave, Toronto

Nîpîy’s Songwalks

The Amadeus Choir will present a project that has been years in the making: the premiere of a new major work about Indigenous water sovereignty from Cree cellist and composer Cris Derksen, preceded by an immersive outdoor prelude performance.

May 27 at 2:00pm and 7:00pm

Toronto Botanical Gardens, 777 Lawrence Ave E, Toronto
